Kaizen Training & Consulting

Kaizen Training & Consulting is based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Since 1994 we have delivered personal and organizational development services for small, medium, and large companies, both private and public. These services include various personnel administration and training solutions, which are tailored to meet our customers' needs. Our staff have diverse experience and qualifications which allows us to deliver on-site cost effective programs to compliment companies with or without an existing human resources department.
